The Clinical Customer Care Team is an extension of the Customer Care Team in Salt Lake City. Pharmacists on the Clinical Customer Care Team will be the main source of clinical knowledge for our customers and for the Customer Care team. The pharmacist team will answer transferred calls from Customer Care that have been deemed clinical in nature.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with customers about issues that are clinical in nature, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling
  • Support Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered
  • Researching and completing customer requests via Zendesk ticket
  • Investigate and report potential Quality Related Events and PHI breaches
  • Complete pill identifications with customers
  • Research OTC recommendations for customers
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as needed, especially after normal business hours and on weekends. These tasks can include but are not limited to prescription transfers, speaking with medical offices, verifying prescriptions, and completing various billing related tasks
  • Maintain an advanced understanding of all PillPack policies and procedures as well as PillPack products and services
